Today, we will pick you up at the hotel and go to Budhanilkantha temple. It is one of the ancient temples of the Kathmandu valley that has a lot of religious and cultural significance. With the sightseeing of a Hindu pilgrim, you will have an understanding of the Sanatan Dharma and the practices of the Nepalese People. After that, we will go back to the hotel, have breakfast and move toward Swyambhunath Stupa.

The Swyambhunath Stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a symbol of peace and Buddhism in Nepal. You will have now an understanding of Buddhism. After that, we will go to Patan, an ancient city in Nepal. You can see a blend of both Hinduism and Buddhism over here, thus concluding the overall insight of Nepal and its practices. We will then drop you at the hotel for a night’s stay in Kathmandu.

You would leave Kathmandu very early on the day of the Ghandruk trip. You can select to take a 30-minute flight if you would rather not spend too much time traveling via bus. Or you could just take a bus to get there. On the way, you would eat breakfast and lunch.

When you get to Pokhara, you can explore on your own (only along the lakeside) and return to the hotel in time for dinner.

As was already mentioned, the village of Ghandruk is small but incredibly lovely. In order to get there as early as possible, we would therefore take a private vehicle in the early morning.

You will have your breakfast on your way to Gghandruk. Also, you will have time to explore the majority of Ghandruk village since you will arrive there for lunch. You would also get a chance to watch the Gurung community’s traditional dance, one of Nepal’s best cultural performances.

This will be a challenging, remarkable, and unforgettable day of your trip to Ghandruk. You will be walking for a considerable amount of time because the hike will take up the entire day.

You would leave Ghandruk village early in the morning after eating breakfast and hike down to the hill so that you could ascend another hill and arrive at Landruk village. You’d stop for lunch en route and then continue on to Pothana.

You can exhale comfortably once you arrive at Pothana because it marks the end of the trek. We would then depart for Pokhara from there.

There are lots of locations in Pokhara to visit. You can decide which places to visit on your own, or you can stay in Pokhara for a few extra days to see it all and engage in adventure activities. You can stay longer in Pokhara if that’s what you’d like.

On this day, you would head back to Kathmandu. You could take a flight or a bus back to Kathmandu, just like when you first arrived at Pokhara.

This will be your second-last day in Nepal. It is a rest day, thus, you can spend your day however you like. You can use the day to roam around some local markets and do some shopping. Or, you can do sightseeing at other spots in Kathmandu that you have missed. Tonight, you’ll have a farewell dinner. You will spend your night in Kathmandu.

Today, you will leave Nepal, thus, we will drop you off at the airport as per your flight schedule.
