Réservation et paiement
– Pour confirmer votre réservation, un acompte non remboursable, tel que spécifié par Argos Trekking Nepal (« la Société »), est requis au moment de la réservation.
– Le solde restant doit être payé en totalité à la date d’échéance indiquée avant le début du trek.
Annulation et remboursement
– Toute demande d’annulation doit être soumise à la Société par écrit.
– The deposit is strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the Company cancels the trek due to unforeseen circumstances.
– If the Participant cancels after the final due date for payment, no refund will be issued for the remaining balance.
Trek Itinerary and Changes
– The Company reserves the right to modify the trek itinerary due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or any circumstances deemed necessary to ensure participant safety and well-being.
– Should significant changes occur, the Company will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative itinerary or date.
Health and Fitness Requirements
– Participants must be in good physical condition to undertake the trek.
– It is the Participant’s responsibility to inform the Company of any existing medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to the trek.
– The Company reserves the right to deny participation to individuals deemed unfit for the trek, in the interest of their safety and that of the group.
Travel Insurance
– Comprehensive travel insurance covering trekking and outdoor activities is mandatory.
– Proof of valid insurance must be provided to the Company before the trek begins.
Code of Conduct
– Participants are expected to follow all instructions from trek leaders and guides for their safety and the safety of others.
– Respect for local customs, cultures, and the environment is essential.
– Littering, environmental damage, and disrespectful behavior towards local communities or wildlife are strictly prohibited.
Liability and Release
– Trekking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The Company and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience sustained by Participants.
– Participants must sign a liability waiver before the trek, releasing the Company from any claims arising from participation.
Photography and Marketing
– The Company may capture photos or videos during the trek for promotional purposes.
– By participating, you authorize the Company to use such materials without compensation.
Force Majeure
– The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.
Applicable Law
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
– Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
